Guest rooms are simply furnished with brass-and-iron beds, comfortable chairs, handmade quilts, and good reading lamps. Many of the rooms have twin beds. Discovermay include such offerings as poached Norwegian salmon with water-cress sauce, and fillet of beef with blue-cheese sauce. All baked goods are made on the premises, and the inn uses home-grown herbs and salad greens.
