Today the focus of the gracious cherry-paneled living room is a huge stone fireplace. In winter an après-ski snack of cheese, sausages, and wine is served by a bone-warming fire. The inn has a bright, airy breakfast room, and glass doors lead to the deck, a romantic spot for a summer evening. Some guest rooms have fireplaces, pine wainscoting, and diamond-pane windows.
