One of the most inviting of the guest rooms is Agatha Rosemarie, which has a whirl-pool tub with separate shower and a spa-cious balcony; it is pleasingly decorated with rose-patterned wallpaper in shades ofgreens, tans, and pinks. Another coy-eted room, Bernice Irene, has a second-story balcony with its own table and sitting area. Steve is a terrific cook, so breakfast—which includes what may be the best corn bread north of the Mason-Dixon Line and delightful conversation with the hosts—is a real drawing card.
