The inn’s restaurant is open Friday, Sat-urday, and Sunday nights for one seat-ing at 7:30 (6:30 on Sunday in winter). A six-course, fixed-price meal is served, starting with a glass of champagne and hors d’oeuvres. There are two choices of entrée, which might include roast loin of venison.
Evermay is ideally located for enjoying the countryside in any season. If you venture out back into the meadows or into the old barn, you will run across sheep, chickens, and pheasants.
