Celeste is as deft a decorator as she is a wine selector. The four rooms in the new wing are furnished with the fabrics and colors of Provence, accented by hand-painted Spanish tiles; they have fireplaces and private entrances opening onto the gardens. Room 9, the Chambre des Arnis, features a canopy bed, cheery yellow and blueprints, and windows facing two directions. For lazy hours with a book or for just viewing the country-side, the large private deck off Room 7 in the main house is perfect.
